Dear Parents,
As we begin another academic year it is also important to include
a variety of extra curricular activities to enhance the regular
curriculum. To date we have established the following clubs and
activities. Further information, sign-ups and permission forms
will be forth coming once your child(ren) has/have indicated
his/her/their choices. Please discuss the responsibilities and
commitment involved in taking part in such activities with your
child(ren). It is important that what is started goes to completion.
We are most grateful for your cooperation in providing transportation
home after each meeting/session. In most cases, the clubs meet
for 1 hour (until 3:30PM) unless specified. If you have any other
ideas and would be willing to be the moderator/director of such
an activity, please notify me and we can discuss the possibility
of adding it to the program. Your involvement and support are

Altar Servers
Students in Grades 3-8; Rotating Saturday evening & Sunday
mornings schedule, special occasions and celebrations. Mrs. Mary

Animal Club
Students in Grades 1-6; 3rd & 4th Wednesdays each month from
2:30—3:30. Mrs. Kim Ey,

Bell Choir
Students in Grades 7 & 8; Meet every Tuesday until 3:45PM.

Students in Grades 3-8; Meet the 3rd Wednesday each month from
2:30-3:30; Attendance at special devotions. Sister Mary Carol,

Choir
Students in Grades 3-8; Practice every Thursday until 3:30PM
and attendance at the 9:30AM Mass each Sunday. Mrs. Donna Grady,

Computer Club
Students in Grades 2-8; Meet the 2nd Wednesday each month from
2:30—4:30. Mrs. Rainford,

Debate Club
Students in Grades 7 & 8; Meet every Friday afternoon from
1:30—2:15. Mr. Charles McKinney, moderator
Karate
Students in Grades K-8; Meet every Wednesday from 2:30—3:15.

Lector
Students in Grades 5-8. Will be scheduled every few weeks to
read at the 9:30AM Mass on Sunday. Sister Mary Joan, moderator.
Literary Magazine
Students in Grade 8; Meet the 2nd Monday each month from 2:30-3:15
to work on a literary

Math Club
Students in Grades 7 & 8; Meet the 2nd and 4th Wednesday
